nytimes.com/conversations is a micro site for nytimes.com that features well known celebrities promoting the newspaper's vast website.  For this project I: ·Secured the talent who worked without pay ·Managed the video production and budget ·Prompted the talent on set to react to articles I researched in order to stimulate dialog ·Directed all edit sessions after the director's (Doug Keeve) cut  ·Commissioned the web design firm (Your Majesty) to create the site ·Managed each step of the site's design development and functionality up to launch
